Refund Policy

At AcePlasma Technologies LLC, we stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied, we want to make it right. Please read the following policy carefully.

1. SaaS Subscriptions (ProjectFlow, InvoiceKit, DevMetrics)

  • New subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment if you are unsatisfied with the product.
  • Renewals: Monthly and annual renewal charges are non-refundable once processed. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges — your access will continue until the end of the billing period.
  • Downgrades: If you downgrade your plan, the difference in price is not refunded but will be credited toward your next billing cycle.
  • Annual plans: If you cancel an annual plan within the first 7 days, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 7 days are non-refundable; access continues until the annual term ends.

2. Developer Courses

  • Course purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course content.
  • Once 30% or more of the course has been accessed, or after 14 days, refunds are not available.
  • Courses purchased during a promotional or discounted period are non-refundable.

3. Custom Development Services

Custom software development engagements are governed by the specific terms in your signed service agreement. Generally:

  • Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once the associated work has begun.
  • If AcePlasma is unable to deliver the agreed scope, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • Disputes are handled through the process outlined in your service agreement.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@aceplasma.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Product Name]" and include:

  • Your full name and account email address.
  • The product or service you purchased.
  • Your order or invoice number (if available).
  • The reason for your refund request.

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or violation of our Terms of Service.
