Refund Policy

AcePlasma Technologies LLC stands behind the products. If the user is not satisfied, the goal is to make it right. Please read the following policy carefully.

1. SaaS Subscriptions

  • New subscriptions: A full refund may be requested within 7 days of the initial payment if the user is unsatisfied with the product.
  • Renewals: Monthly and annual renewal charges are non-refundable once processed. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to prevent future charges — access will continue until the end of the billing period.
  • Downgrades: If a plan is downgraded, the difference in price is not refunded but will be credited toward the next billing cycle.
  • Annual plans: If an annual plan is cancelled within the first 7 days, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations after 7 days are non-refundable; access continues until the annual term ends.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact: info@aceplasma.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Product Name]" and include:

  • Your full name and account email address.
  • The product or service you purchased.
  • Your order or invoice number (if available).
  • The reason for your refund request.

Responses are provided within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Exceptions

AcePlasma Technologies LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or violation of the Terms of Service.
