Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any service, website, or product offered by AcePlasma Technologies LLC ("AcePlasma," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

AcePlasma Technologies LLC provides custom software development, SaaS products (including ProjectFlow, InvoiceKit, and DevMetrics), and developer education courses. Features and availability may change at any time with or without notice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selection. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription plan you select. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Generally, SaaS subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase. Course purchases may be refunded within 14 days if less than 30% of the content has been consumed. Custom development engagements follow the terms outlined in your individual service agreement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our software.
• Resell or sublicense our services without written permission.
• Upload or transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platforms are owned by AcePlasma Technologies LLC or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for their intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you create or upload using our tools.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. Use of our services is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AcePlasma Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. AcePlasma Technologies LLC is a Wyoming Limited Liability Company (State Entity ID: 2026-001881610).

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
